Each respondent is exposed to your digital concepts in strict rotation to avoid any risk of order-effect. Instead of using rating scales, we give our respondents clear, concise rating statements – so we have clear understanding of each individual's true reaction to each concept.
We also encourage them to contribute positive and negative feeback on the concepts.
Screeners are capped at 20 minutes. Consequently we limit Proto to a maximum of 15 ideas and Screen to a maximum of 5 concepts.
